Review condition of the existing swimming pool equipment and piping.
Review code compliance issues.
Report options, opinions, and recommendations of budget and construction costs.

Critical Services Emergency Power Study :

Review the existing Data Center HVAC system with emphasis on capacity and energy efficiency.
Implement the study and remodel the area.
Redistribute air from existing central plant systems and add additional Computer Grade units connected to a glycol coolers.
Revise pumping and piping as required.

Review Effects of Anticipated Failure of the Main Supply Units:

Recommend options to mitigate failure of supply units to keep the Data Center in operation.
Implement the project by working with the Owner and Contractor to provide a back-up supply blower connected to the existing supply unit cooling coils which enable rebuilding the existing blower bearings and replacing the existing blower motor with no loss of cooling to the Data Center.
