Lynne A. Bloom      

Lynne A. Bloom is the majority Principal and Founder of Bloom Engineers & Associates MN, LLC and Bloom Engineers & Associates, LLC. She has more than twenty five years of experience as a controller, business manager and project manager.

Upon relocation to Minnesota in early 2001, Lynne was hired as a consultant for a mechanical engineering firm in St. Paul . Learning the specific dynamics of an engineering firm, she realized how essential it was to have the business managers, project managers and engineers of the firm integrated on one team to provide a comprehensive and cost effective service to the client.  Drawing upon her experience with firms in California and Minnesota , she launched Bloom Engineers & Associates in early 2002.

Prior to starting Bloom Engineers, Lynne was owner of Thobani Business Services (1993 - 1999) in Southern California. She assisted both large and small companies, ($100k - $200m) from multiple industries with their business and/or special project needs; with special emphasis on assisting companies with implementing a new accounting system (specialized in MAS 90 conversions), monthly or year end accounting. Before 1993, she held positions as controller or accounting manager for 13 years and prior to that, accounting positions with both TRW and General Electric. 

Lynne Bloom attended college in Southern California (1973 - 1976 and 1982 - 1985) majoring in accounting and business management. She recently (1999 - 2000) returned to college, taking classes to update and enhance her prior accounting and business management education.
