• Tenant improvements to construct a wellness center / chiropractic facility.
• Remove the existing area with new HVAC system and plumbing system.
• Provide "As-Built" documents for construction.

Roseville Office Plaza - Roseville, Minnesota

• Provide a building analysis to identify the existing system's operating conditions and procedures.
• Provide a building vulnerability analysis to address the possibility of release of toxic materials from the Williams Pipeline, located within one hundred feet of the building, or a possible terrorist release of Chemical, Biological, Radiological (CBR) agents.
• Provide observations and identify options which may be implemented to help mitigate or enhance occupancy protection from such release.

• Construct a 50-story office tower for Hines Corporation.
• Review and accept main building systems.

State of Minnesota Centennial Office Building - St. Paul, Minnesota

• Remodel existing six story office building.
• Install new mechanical systems for entire building, which includes office space, 9,500 square foot data center, training rooms, conference centers, kitchen and dining area.
• Special mechanical systems include a 2,000 KW emergency generator, stair pressurization system, and floor smoke evacuation systems.

Health East, Midway Office - St. Paul, Minnesota

• Convert Midway Hospital into an office complex with an out-patient surgery department, utilizing as much of the existing systems as practical.
• Convert existing high pressure steam boilers to low pressure, add a chiller and cooling tower to replace failed equipment, modify piping arrangements, and modify HVAC systems to provide acceptable environmental control.
• Produce project utilizing a GMP package and fast tracking with selected contractors.
