Radiology Unit Remodel:
- Project Manager, Project Engineer for the Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical design for remodeling of the Radiology Unit.
- Modify the existing variable air volume system.
- Extend the existing medical gas system to new valve boxes and outlets.
- Connect new plumbing fixtures to existing water, waste and vent.
- Replace the existing lighting system.
- Relocate existing power and communication system.
Remodel of Four Existing Patient Care Rooms:
- Engineer for Remodeling of Four Existing Patient Care Rooms to TB Isolation Rooms.
- Modify the air supply and air exhaust systems to maintain a negative pressure in the TB patient room in relationship to the ante room and the corridor.
- Achieve energy conservation through the ability of switching from TB isolation room (negative) to a typical patient room (natural) relationship.
- Monitor and alarm room pressure relationships at the nurses’ station.
Remodel of the Existing In-Patient Pharmacy:
- Modify plumbing, fire protection, air supply, return and exhaust systems as required for an automated pharmacy dispensing unit.

Southwest Maintenance Facility:
- A new maintenance facility for the Parks and Recreation Department consisting of an Office area, heated service area, cold storage area, chemical mixing facility, outdoor wash bay and fuel station.
- Mechanical systems consist of a water pressure booster pump system providing potable water to plumbing fixtures and maintenance wash down equipment.
- Waste from plumbing fixtures and maintenance area drains to be extended to the sewage ejector and pumped to the city sewer.
- Office HVAC consists of gas fired supply units containing DX cooling.
- Heated Service area heating and ventilating consists of Infra-Red heaters, direct gas fired make-up air unit and exhaust systems.
