• Coordinate smoke control systems and building HVAC systems to provide energy efficiency and flexibility which fit within building design.  

Food Service Areas

• Provide engineering services utilized to add reduced pressure backflow preventors to meet code compliance.
• Install a new cabaret dishwasher and relater water heaters, heat recovery on new ice makers, and air curtains on coolers.
• All work completed complies with the health department code.  

Woodshop Dust Recover

• Remodel the wood shop, providing
  • make-up air system
  • air distribution system
  • dust collection system. 

Mystic Lake Hotel

• Provide engineering review services and design assistance for the mechanical systems proposed and designed by the contractors.
• Major challenges include stair pressurization and smoke evacuation systems.
• Project is design/build.  

Water Feature

• Engineering services to facilitate pumping and heating of water for outdoor water falls.  

Bingo Area

• Engineering services to increase the ventilation and air conditioning system for Bingo area to be utilized as an auditorium for other kinds of performances.  

Marketing Area

• Engineering services to remodel the existing office space area.
• Design includes:
  • revisions to the existing air handling system
  • modification of air distribution system
  • modifications of existing zoning.
