Project Engineer / Project Manager for a $46 million dollar addition and remodeling project.
Provide plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, heating ventilating and air conditioning systems including a new boiler and chiller plant interconnected to the existing plants.
New medical air and vacuum systems interconnected with existing systems.

Metropolitan Mount Sinai Hospital - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Provide a study of the existing chilled water distribution system for Metropolitan Mount Sinai Hospital and Hennepin County Medical Center.
Install a 5,500 ton high-pressure steam turbine chiller interconnected with 5,000 ton of existing chillers.
Provide new condenser water pumps, primary water pumps and modify piping, valving and pumps in the distribution system.
Modify the existing boilers from 125# to 250# steam pressure.

Health East, Midway Office - St. Paul, Minnesota

Engineering services utilized to convert Midway Hospital into an office complex with an out-patient surgery department, utilizing as much of the existing systems as practical.
Convert existing high pressure steam boilers to low pressure.
Add a chiller and cooling tower to replace failed equipment.
Modify piping arrangements.
Modify HVAC systems to provide acceptable environmental control.
Produce project utilizing a GMP package, fast tracked with selected contractors.
